Hammer Union Exporter

Hammer unions allow for the quick connection of pipelines and flexible hose assemblies in various industries. As the name suggests, a hammer is used to tighten and loosen the hammer union- no other special tools are needed. A hammer union consists of three parts: Male sub, female sub, and nut.

The male part is an externally threaded portion that is welded on the end of a pipe. The pipe continues further through the nuts towards the O-ring in order to connect with the female part. These are hammered and tightened together.

Hammer unions come in various sizes and pressure ratings. They are a safe and reliable means of transporting fluid. The most critical element for using a hammer union is ensuring that both halves are compatible.
